Extremely fast running tests
on my computer, a MacBookPro, the tests are running extremely fast. I ask myself, if the speed depends on the computer also? Especially when doing the test the first time, a slow start would help to get familiar with the test.

Which tests are these? What kind of intervals between image/sound presentations are you getting?

Jaeggi-Buschkuehl dual n-back task. Within one second, both, the letter (sound) and the box changes. May be after a few trials, i'm able to follow, but not in the beginning. This makes the test (game!) frustrating.

You mean, once you begin the test (clicking the START button), the image/sound changes within one second? Let me know if I am reading your words correctly.

If this is right, you can press ENTER to start the test; press it when you are absolutely ready to go.

I recommend a 3 second cap for each trial of a session.
