I realize how baselines are calculated.

I exceeded the baselines on my 1st attempt on each test. I should mention that I have spent an enormous amount of my spare time throughout my life on activities like this site provides. I was intrigued by this stuff starting 25 years or so ago. The easy availability of computers was one of the highlights of my life.

17 Year old Male.I smoked cannabis heavily,for a brief time in the past,now weekly.I Do not drink but have been drunk about 7 times in my life.My current N-back level is 5.I used to perform only 13 dual N back sessions a day but have noticed a significant change in my cognition since switching to about 25 sessions a day.

27 male. never cannabis. rarely (not currently) alcohol, but never 'heavy'

keep in mind that "baseline" is a for beginners - the average of each user's first three attempts.

I was wondering about the age range on this site. I am 46 and have been able to achieve promotion to between 4 and 6 dual n back performance as well as 80-100 % performance on spatial updating with 2 boxes. I noticed that I have also performed above baseline on all the other measures as well and just wondered if this is noteworthy given my age or are many of the other users of the same relative age range?

I should mention that I have never been a cannabis user, but have indulged at various times rather heavily in alcohol.
