Lose Weight by Walking
This kind of exercise do not place to much stress on your lower back since it will be well rested on the contours of the exercise ball. What you need to do is to sit on the ball making sure that your feet are planted on the floor. Then slowly roll the ball gently using your back. Make sure that you take your upper body with the ball. Continue rolling until your thighs are parallel with the floor.
