I don't know, if this topic already exists, anyway I would like to discuss here, "how to" train your mental speed. Mmany suspect, mental speed is one of the most important factors "building" this, what we call gF. What are your ideas/opinions/proposes ?

In the spirit of gC, I would have to say that you should look at some of the recent discussions here. Perhaps it could be conceived as a BBS form of courtesy to have read previous discussions. There is remarkably useful material there.

Ok we discuss here: http://cognitivefun.net/talk/post/12637. I think training of Mental Speed and training with Inspection Time would be almost the same thing.
