Folks, is this the impression you want to give someone new to this community? Some of the people in this thread may do well to try mindfulness meditation. You can also try debating in a more formal setting, where any attempts to ridicule the opponent quickly results in a loss of credibility and can mean losing to them. If neither of those, try getting into a simple habit of never sending a reply immediately, and always making sure you've walked around for at least a couple minutes thinking about what you'll say first. Another tactic is to find a friend you trust, and tell them to give you a sweet every time you say something nice.
