<title>Try the single visual and single audio versions here (tests 12, 13, and 14). Work on those until you get to, say, n=5, then opt for dual.

Thus, if DNB is too hard, you start with NB, then proceed in the order of greater parallelism.</title>

<title>For whatever reason, dual n back is almost impossible for me. I'd appreciate any tips or advice for improvement.</title>

<title>Get on "crab-back", it's the new app. in Brain Workshop. It involves organising information on the dual-n-back task in -reverse- order; "crab-back" also features the other adaptations e.g. trip, quad & pentuple</title>

<title>Work on the lower modes first. Your brain apparently isn't adapted to handle a lot of different streams of information yet.

Recommended order: DNB -> TNB (may be skipped if DNB is sufficiently high, e.g., n=8) -> QNB -> PNB</title>

<title>Hey guys, I been playing Quad 2 back for a while and am stuck there. i haven't really played modes other then that.
I was wondering if I continue to play quad 2 back, or switch up the games? And maybe if I fix other areas, it'll fix quad n back as a whole.
Does anybody share a similar experience? Any thoughts, comments would be greatly appreciated!</title>
